Hi! I'm Ondine , a qualified massage therapist based in London.
With my experience working in professional wellness environments, my approach combines the relaxing flow of spa treatments with deeper techniques inspired by my training in Raynor massage.
Raynor massage is a bodywork technique designed to release tension by addressing its underlying causes. Inspired by eastern medical theories, it follows the concept that most tension in the body exists in bands that are composed of muscles, tendons, ligaments and other body tissue. Those bands help to trace tension and understand where it can be held elsewhere in the body.

VTCT (ITEC) Diploma in Massage — Level 3
Raynor Massage Certificate
Participant in International Massage Championship 2026 — Freestyle Western Massage

Massage sessions are personalised, adapted to your needs on the day. We’ll take a moment before the treatment to discuss how you’re feeling and understand what you'd like from your treatment.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
Appointments are confirmed once full payment has been received. By booking an appointment, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 100% of the treatment price.
No-shows will be charged the full treatment price.
If an unexpected emergency occurs, please contact me as soon as possible.
LATE ARRIVALS
I advise you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Arrivals later than half the treatment duration will be treated as a no-show.
If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened so that the following appointment can start on time. The full treatment price will still apply.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Before your treatment, you will be asked to sign a consultation form about your health and any relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications or other circumstances that may affect your treatment. Please provide accurate information and let me know if anything changes. Massage is provided for relaxation and general wellbeing and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have any concerns about whether massage is appropriate for you, please consult a healthcare professional before booking.

You are welcome to communicate your preferences or ask for the treatment to be adjusted at any time. You may stop the treatment at any point.
